Ingredients

  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspchili sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspchili flakes
  • 1 tspsugar
  • ½ tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok or large pan.

  3. 3

    Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add shrimp and squid. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add onion, bell peppers, and green chilies. Cook for 2–3 minutes, keeping the vegetables slightly crunchy.

  6. 6

    Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well

  7. 7

    Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.

  8. 8

    Taste and adjust salt if needed.

Tips

Don't overcook the seafood, or it can become rubbery.
For extra heat, add more chili flakes or chopped green chilies.
You can add scallops, crab meat, or fish chunks for a richer seafood mix.
