Steps

Take 500 ml water add besan flour and make a watery mixture

Take a pan add oil once get heat seasoning it with mustard cinnamon cloves fennel seeds and red chilli

Once seasoned add onion tomato green chilli ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and sauté well

Once fried pour the water mixture with required salt and allow to boil,once boil keep it in a simmer

After 7 minutes will get a slight thick kulambu (gravy) and transfer it to a bowl,serve with dosa or poori
