  • As neededHung curd
  • 1/3 cuprava
  • 2 spoonsKesar milk
  • 2 pinchCardamon powder
  • Aa neededDry fruits
  • 4-5 spoonsPowdered sugar
  • Aa neededOil/ghee

  1. 1

    Prepare Hungcurd and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Roast Rava

  3. 3

    Add ghee/oil to the roasted Rava and keep stirring it until it turns golden brown

    Now add Hungcurd,kesar milk and sugar (at this switch on the gas)..keep stirring

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients and add cardomon powder and dryfruits...stir it..curd halwa is ready
