It's a form of pasta, Aglio e Olio came from Italy and it's natural simplicity makes it a great base recipe. It's a dish prepared in olive oil and garlic. But here I have prepared this dish first time using butter.

For cheese sauce
Heat a pan, add 1tbsp butter.
As the butter melts completely, add all-purpose flour and keep stirring it until it gets golden brown and start to stick the sides of the pan. - 3
Now add 1 cup milk and mix well with the hand whisker. Keep stirring so that no lumps are found.

Now add salt, 1tsp oregano, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp garlic powder and mix well. It will be thick in consistency.

Add 2 cheese slices and mix well till until it gets melted.

For spaghetti - Add 4 cups water in a pan, add salt and add spaghetti after 10 minutes on low flame and it will start to get boil and sink in.
Let it cook on slow flame for around 30 minutes - 7
After almost 30 minutes, the spaghetti will look like this.Now strain the water from spaghetti and wash it with cold and add 1 tsp oil & mix using your fingers so that it doesn't stick to each other

Heat a pan add 1tbsp butter. Once it gets melted add crushed garlic and saute until golden brown

Now add oregano, Chilli falkes & garlic powder and mix well.

Add cheese sauce and cook for 5 minutes and add residual water of spaghetti to get a perfect consistency.

Now add cooked spaghetti and mix well with spatula and serve hot. You can garnish the spaghetti with grated cheese, oregano and chilli flakes.
