Kairi ka Achar
Steps

First grind saunf and methi Dana.

Now cut kairi, green chilli, and cabbage.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, grinded saunf and methi Dana.

Add oil and mix them properly.

Fill them in glass jar and leave it for about 1 hour in sunlight.
- 6
Enjoy simple and chatkhare dar Achaar.
