Ingredients

  1. 1 cupminced meat
  2. 3 cupspinach
  3. 1sliced onion
  4. 2sliced tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspginger and garlic paste
  6. 2green chillies (optional)
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add onion, ginger & garlic paste fry till gets a golden colour, on high flame.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and garam masala mix and cook till the tomatoes is soft and mushy

  3. 3

    Add the mince meat, mix well until its cooked

  4. 4

    Add spinach mix and cover. Cook for another 2-3 mins. Enjoy with roti.
