A super innovative easy snack from my closet for you all beautiful people out there. It is not only healthy and nutritious but also a perfect tea-time partner in this wonderful season. It also tastes superb and kids will love it for sure. They will not throw any tantrums and you can be rest assured. Serve them this yummy snack after school to relish or at tea-time. Do not over boil the pulses and water should be used accordingly. Use the same water in which they were soaked for best results. Also take enough precautions while boiling and keep the heat on a high. Keep a watch over them and see to it that they are boiled yet firm. Do not make them mushy as this will spoil the taste and texture both.

Steps
- 1
Soak all the pulses for 4-5 hours or better still overnight. Boil them using a minimum quantity of water along with salt as per taste.
- 2
The water should be dried and hence use a minimum of water. Do not drain the water ever. Cover it and boil until soft. It should not be mushy at all. Take care of that.
- 3
In a Kadai, heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds at first followed by Asafoetida. And then add the rest of the spices along with the Pulses. You can use Lemon juice instead of Amchur.
- 4
Stir fry for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes on a medium-high heat. Take it off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped Coriander Leaves and sprinkle Chat Masala. Mix well and serve at tea-time on that lovely rainy evenings. Enjoy everyone. Happy Healthy Eating!
