My lockdown period has inspired me to try it at home as m foodie
Steps

For making balls:- Grate all the vegetables and press ut into your palms to take out all the excess water.

Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli and cornflour to it. Heat the pan and fill it with oil to fry the balls.

Till the oil will get heat start making the balls of vegetables put it one by one into the pan. Let it get fry till the colour turns golden brown.

For the gravy:- Dice all the vegetables in a long and thin shape. Take a pan heat oil(very little) now add ginger garlic paste and all the vegetables one by one.

Let it get cook for 5-6 min. Now add soya sauce followed by chilli,schezwan and tomato ketchup. Again let it cook for 2-3 mins on high flame.

Add some water to your gravy around 2 -3 cups let it cook till the add take some water in a bowl and add cornflower 1/2 tsp to it and make a paste. Add it to your gravy it ill becomes thicker. Add your balls to it cook for 1 min and it's ready to serve and eat.😊
