Mix the dry ingredients then add hot water to bind into dough

Cover and if you can allow to sit for 20 min or more but not essential. Make into small balls

Roll into small thin circles use a little oil to avoid sticking to counter or board

Fry on medium high temp your puris should mostly puff up. Once you put a few in the wok they will puff up then turn allow to cook for few seconds and then take out
