Peel the outer layer,wash &grate it.

Squeeze it & put it in a bowl with besan,1/4 tsp salt,carrom seeds & 1/4 tsp degi mirch.Mix them well & make small balls out of it.

Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them till they become golden brown.

Heat grinded onions in a karahi & add 3 tbsp oil with ginger garlic paste.Cook till they become golden brown.

Add all the ingredients & saute for a second.Now add grinded tomatoes & cook.

Add 1/4 cup of water & cook till oil spreads from corners.Add 2 cup of water & give 3 - 4 boils.

Before serving,add gourd balls in it.mix them.

Serve hot with chapati.
