Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda and salt
  • 1 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupsugar powder
  • 1/2 cupghee or butter
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspvennila essence
  • as needed chopped almond
  • As needed chopped walnut

  1. 1

    Sieve all dry ingredients then add curd,ghee and pour it in mixer

  2. 2

    Add milk as required and make ribbon consistency then pour it in cake tin and bake it in pre heated cooker for 50 mins
