Ingredients

25 minutes
  • 5 1/2 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 80 grams)
  • 1/3 cupsugar (about 70 grams)
  • 1/2 cupchocolate chips (about 80 grams)
  • 1egg
  • 2 cupscake flour (about 240 grams)
  • Pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Let the butter thaw and soften, then cut into small pieces and beat until it forms peaks.

  2. 2

    Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well.

  3. 3

    Sift the cake flour and salt together, then gradually add to the butter mixture, gently mixing until combined.

  4. 4

    Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into small round balls, slightly flatten them, and place on a baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the oven.
