Use the juicer of the food processor on the lemon.

Put everything else in the food processor with the lemon, but don't add water yet.

Pulse until it's getting smooth. If too thick, add a bit of water or olive oil. Be careful with the water, it can easily become too liquid.

Once you have a smooth paste, garnish with the paprika
