Ingredients

  • دو انڈے 1.5 کپ میدہ ایک کپ چینی تین ٹیبل اسپون کوکو پاوڈر
  • ایک چٹکی بیکنگ سوڈا
  • ایک ٹیبل اسپون بیکنگ پاؤڈر
  • آدھا کپ مکھن
  • آدھا کپ ڈارک چاکلیٹ

Steps

  1. 1

    پہلے مکھن اور چینی کو باول میں اس وقت تک بیٹ کریں جب تک وہ کریمی ہو جائے

  2. 2

    ایک ایک کر کے اس میں انڈہ شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح سے بیٹ کریں

  3. 3

    خشک اجزا مثلاً میدہ، بیکنگ پاوڈر، بیکنگ سوڈا اور کوکو پاوڈر کو الگ سے چھان لیں

  4. 4

    ان اجزا کو تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے انڈے والے مکسچر میں شامل کر لیں

  5. 5

    چاکلیٹ کو ڈبل بوائلر پر پگھلا کر سارے مکسچر میں شامل کر دیں

  6. 6

    مولڈ کو گریس کر کے سارا مکسچر اس میں ڈالیں

  7. 7

    اوون کو پندرہ منٹ پری ہیٹ کر کے 35 سے 40 منٹ کے لیے کیک کو بیک کر لیں

  8. 8

    مزیدار براونیز تیار ہیں، چائے کے ساتھ یا ویسے مہمانوں کو سرو کریں یا خود کھائیں
