Sift the flour and add the melted butter. Then pour the cup of boiling water into the flour

Mix it using a fork or spoon, you will have a wet lumpy mixture, then mixture will cool down a little then knead into soft dough, as you knead the dough will become silky smooth

Heat a non-stuck skillet on medium, then divide dough into 8 pieces, roll each piece into a neat round ball then flatten the dough with the palm of your hands

Roll the the dough on a lightly floured surface, now roll out into a circle then place the roti dough on the pan.

Cook until it starts to bubble a little, flip it over, cook until the other side bubbles, then brush with butter and turn over again. Once cooked serve with your mince curry. 😋🍛😋🍛
