  4. 1 table spoonsabit kali mirch
  5. 2daar cheeni
  6. 1Bari elaichi
  7. 5long
  8. 1Bari piyaz
  9. 4tomatoes yellow ya green waly cubes cutting
  10. 2 tablespoonadrak lehson paste
  11. 1 cupdahi
  12. 4choti 4 bari green chilli chopped
  13. 1 tea spoonkuti laal Mirch
  14. 1 tea spoonPisi laal mirch
  15. 1 tea spoonkuti kali mirch
  16. Halfteaspoon haldi
  17. 1 table spoonDhaniya powder
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. 1tukra adrak julienne cut
  20. Halfbunch chopped hara Dhaniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Sub sa phly ik pateela MN oil Daal kar is mn zeea, kali mirch, long daar cheeni, Bari elaichi or thin slices piyaz Daal dain

    Piyaz ko just 3 sa 4 minute fry krn light colour

  3. 3

    Ub is MN Beef ka gosht Daal dain or sath he adrak lehson paste add krn or bhonain 2 minute take

  4. 4

    Ub is MN haldi. Kuti laal Mirch, Pisi laal mirch, Dhaniya powder or salt add Kar ke 3 minute tak bhonain

  5. 5

    Ub is MN cube form MN cut tomatoes or choti Wali hari mirchain add Kar ke bhonain itna ke oil separate hojy

  6. 6

    Ub is MN dahi add Kar ke itna bhonain o dahi ka pani dry hojy

  7. 7

    Ub is MN half cup water add Kar ke dhak dain or low flame par gosht galny tak pkaen

  8. 8

    Ub jab gosht gal jy to 3 Bari mirchain, julienne cut adrak add Kar ke 3 minute bhonain or Ub last chopped hara Dhaniya add Kar ke 2 minute baad flame off krdain

  9. 9

    Tyyr hai Bht he mazy ki spicy Beef karhai

    Zaror try krn or feed back dain 🙂👍😍
