  • 1.5 cupbeans
  • Tattasai
  • Red pepper (tarugu)
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal you beans and wash neatly

  2. 2

    Add pepper and onions blend with minimal water or take it to commercial grinders

  3. 3

    Add salt and seasoning, Mix thoroughly till it becomes light and fluffy

  4. 4

    Fry in a deep oil. Your kosai is ready.
