2 cupChana dal soak for half an hour and grind it
1 tspGinger and garlic paste
3/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspGaram masala
7-8Green chillies cut in to round
2Onion chopped
1 tspCoriander leaves
2 tspMint leaves
2 tspCurry leaves
1 pinchBaking soda
as neededoil for frying

In a bowl Mix all the ingredients and make dough.

Heat half liter of oil
3

Make round balls flatten it and shallow fry in medium flame.

Fry till golden brown colour.

Serve hot
