Put the flour in a mixing bowl and add yeast. Mix well

Warm water and add sugar and salt and make sure they dissolve.

Make a well in the flour and add water and start kneeding.

Dont rush to add glour because the misture is sticking on the hands. Add butter and continue untill the dough is nolonger sticking to the hands.

Cover with a cling flim for an hour for it to double in size.

After an hour cut the dough into bolls and arrange in a tin and cover with a dish cloth for buns and for bread make the dough like the shape of the bread tin.

Bake at 180 c for 30min. Remove from the oven and brush the top with butter while still hote to soften it.
