Ingredients

  1. Meat & Poutry
  2. 200 GMinced Pork
  3. 1Raw Salted Egg
  4. Vegetables
  5. 1 inchMinced Ginger
  6. 2 inchesShredded Ginger
  7. 1small handful of Spring Onions (Garnish)
  8. 2rough chopped Shiitake or Black Mushrooms
  9. Sauce & Condiments
  10. 2 TBSStarch
  11. 1 dashWhite Pepper Powder
  12. 2 TBSShaoxin Wine
  13. 2 TBSSesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put minced pork into a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Separate raw salted egg yolk from white

  3. 3

    Add all your ingredients into mixing bowl and mix it well except for egg yolk

  4. 4

    Put your pork mixture into a shallow plate

  5. 5

    Make a small hole at the centre and lay your salted egg yolk in

  6. 6

    Bring steamer to boil and steam for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Garnish it with chopped spring onions, ginger & sliced chilli
