This is another classic & hearty chinse household dish. This easy to make basic version is also exceptionally delicious. This savoury dish has an undertone of earthiness from the unique flavour of salted egg.

This is another classic & hearty chinse household dish. This easy to make basic version is also exceptionally delicious. This savoury dish has an undertone of earthiness from the unique flavour of salted egg.
Cooking Instructions

Put minced pork into a mixing bowl
- 2
Separate raw salted egg yolk from white
- 3
Add all your ingredients into mixing bowl and mix it well except for egg yolk
- 4
Put your pork mixture into a shallow plate
- 5
Make a small hole at the centre and lay your salted egg yolk in
- 6
Bring steamer to boil and steam for 30 minutes
- 7
Garnish it with chopped spring onions, ginger & sliced chilli
