Ingredients

  1. 500 glean pork (ground)
  2. 1 slicepork belly (ground)
  3. Salted mackerel fish (cut dice)
  4. 5 pcswater chesnut (chopped)
  5. 1/2 pcsginger (sliced)
  6. 3garlic (chopped)
  7. 3spring onion (sliced only the white part)
  8. 1 tspsesame oil
  9. 2 tbspshao xing wine
  10. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  11. 1 tbspstarch
  12. 1red chilli (sliced)
  13. Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all the ingredients

    Mix the ground pork, pork belly, water chesnut, garlic, spring onion, and all the sauce.

    Put the salted fish, sliced ginger and chilli on top of it.

    Steam for about 20 minutes
