Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted seviya
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 4 cupsmilk
  4. 2 tspdesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat the ghee.Roast semiyan in a ghee for 3-4 mints and keep aside.

    Add milk and boiled it.Boil the mix for about 10-15 mints. When the seviyan is cook well now add sugar.

  3. 3

    Mix well and cook for 1 minute.Switch off the flame and transfer mithi seviya in serving bowl. Ready to eat.
