Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmaida
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Make a soft dough with the help of maida. And chopped onions and carrort and ready masala for filling.

    Take a small ball of dough and press it with hand then fill masala and roll with help of belan then fry (heat oil in a pan then fry), fry on low flame till colour changes golden brown.

    Now garnish with carrot, onion and serve with chutney.
