  13. Hara dhaniya half ghati
  14. Paste k liyay
  15. 2 tbspMaida
  16. 2 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Maida,salt or ghee ko mix kr k dough bnalein or 10 sy 15 minutes cover kr k rakhdein.

    Oil mea zeera fry krien

    Phr qeema,onion,green chillies paste,haldi salt, ginger garlic paste dal kr cook krien.

    Complete dry hojay to garam masala or chopped hara dhaniya dal kr cook krien k Pani bilkul dry hojay.

    Ghee or maida mix kr k paste bnalein.

    Dough k chohtay peray bnalein.

    Roti Bel kr maiday ka mixture lagaien

    Square prathay ki tarah half fold krien maiday ka mixture lagaien or baqi fold kr k 10 sy 15 minutes cover kr k rakhdein.

    Phr folded peray ko bel kr qeema fill kr k charon sides ko aik dosray k sath bind krdien or Kachori ki shape dy dien.

    Slow flame pr fry krien.
