Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupsooji
  3. 1/2 cupurad Dal flour
  4. 1/4 cupcurd
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspMustard seeds
  8. 1 tspjeera powder
  9. 1.5 tspfennel seeds
  10. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make dough with water.Rest the dough for 2 hours.Make Puri's from the dough and fried them till golden colour and serve it immediately with aloo sabji.
