Ingredients

2 cupschana sattu
1 tablespoonpickle masala with oil or mustard oil
6garlic cloves chopped
1/2 tsp grated Ginger
1chopped green chilli
2 tbspfresh chopped coriander leaves
As per taste Salt
1/2 tspdried mango powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
As required Water
1Wheat dough
As required Ghee

Steps

1

Mix all the ingrdients add water to make the mixture soft around 3 tsp water.
2

Now roll the wheat flour dough stuff the mixture. Then cook the parantha and apply ghee on top. Serve hot with curd.
