Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschana sattu
  2. 1 tablespoonpickle masala with oil or mustard oil
  3. 6garlic cloves chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  5. 1chopped green chilli
  6. 2 tbspfresh chopped coriander leaves
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 tspdried mango powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. As required Water
  11. 1Wheat dough
  12. As required Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingrdients add water to make the mixture soft around 3 tsp water.

  2. 2

    Now roll the wheat flour dough stuff the mixture. Then cook the parantha and apply ghee on top. Serve hot with curd.
