Ingredients

  • 2 cupschana sattu
  • 1 tablespoonpickle masala with oil or mustard oil
  • 6garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbspfresh chopped coriander leaves
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspdried mango powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As required Water
  • 1Wheat dough
  • As required Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingrdients add water to make the mixture soft around 3 tsp water.

  2. 2

    Now roll the wheat flour dough stuff the mixture. Then cook the parantha and apply ghee on top. Serve hot with curd.
