This Nankhataies are made of wheat flour, which is health as well as tasty
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl seive atta, besan and baking powder and mix all the dry ingredients, atta, besan, suji and baking powder and keep aside

To make the dough in a big flat bowl add powdered sugar and melted butter and mix well for around 5 minutes or till fluffy
- 3
Add the dry ingredients and cardamom powder to the butter and sugar mixture and knead into soft dough
- 4
Preheat your microwave 180 degrees Centigrade
- 5
Now make small balls and flatten them by pressing them gently between your palms and place them on a greased baking tray and place chopped cheerry on top
- 6
Now bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees Centigrade until fluffy and light golden on the bottom or a toothpick comes out clean

Remove from oven and let cool on pan for a couple of minutes, cool completely and enjoy
