Whole Wheat flour and Coconut Nankhatai

In a bowl, take ghee and sugar. Blend it with a electric beater till light and fluffy.

Add 1/ cup desiccated coconut to it. In a sieve, take whole wheat flour,gram flour, rava and baking powder. Sieve it.

Also add cardamom powder. Mix everything well gently and knead a soft dough. Don't add any milk or water. If you feel dry for kneading, can add 1/2 to 1 tsp of ghee or as needed.

Grease your hands with little ghee. With a help of tbsp make equal sized balls.

Roll the balls in the remaining coconut, press a little on the top. Arrange them in a baking dish with little distance. Refrigerate for 10 mins.

Preheat oven at 200°c. Bake the nankhatai for 10 to 12 mins.

Let it cool down completely. Enjoy homemade nankhatai.
