Take ghee and powder sugar mix it well.
We have to beat this together until a become fluffy.
Mix all of this dry ingredients in ghee and sugar mixture.
Mix it well
Than, rest of this dough 15 minutes.
Than, make small bolls and take into baking tray. Thay should be some distance between to NANKHATAI.
Put pistachios or almonds in top and press it lightly.
We have to back this in preheated microwave in conversation mode to 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
