  • Abit of chopped garlic
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped spinach
  • 1/2 bowlcheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspcoarse black pepper

    In a pan add oil,then saute the spinach for a few seconds. Then add milk,cheese,salt pepper
