Wash the sago twice and soak it overnight.

Chop the potatoes in slices and green chilies finely. In pan add ghee, cumin seeds, chilies and potatoes. Cover with lid and half cook potatoes.

Add soaked sago and mix well. Add groundnut powder, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly and Cover with lid. Cook properly for 15 minutes, mix in between. Sabudana khichadi is ready to serve with curd/ lemon.
