Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 Cupcurd
  • 1/2 CupMilk
  • as required Left over rice
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspblack mustard seeds
  • 1-2chopped green chillies
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • to taste Salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add rice,curd and milk & mix well. Keep it overnight in refrigerator.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil add black mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and sauté it.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and salt sauté it until translucent.

  4. 4

    Now add this to curd rice bowl & mix well and keep it refrigerator for 1-2 hours until cool. Serve this chilled curd rice for summer lunch.
