Jowar improves digestion , Boosts immunity, Contols blood sugar, improves heart health and contains good amount of fiber.

Steps

Mix Jowar flour, Wheat flour, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, garlic Chutney, cumin, saunf & Ajwain crushed with palms, peanut powder, chopped spring onion's green part, oil in a bowl and knead a head dough cover and keep aside for 10-mins rest.

Knead a dough for a while and make 4-equal rounds and roll them.

Cook them on medium to slow flame both sides applying ghee till crispy. Serve hot ready tasty, Healthy Jowar flour Bhakhri in a plate garnishing with spring onion flower and chopped leaves.
