Ingredients

1 cupGram flour/Besan
1Cucumber
1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspChat masala powd
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
As neededTomato sauce for decoration

Peel off and grate cucumber from manual grater.

Put this in a big mixing bowl and add gram flour.

Add turmeric and chilli powder.

Now add salt and chat masala powder.

Add water and whisk it with wired whisker.

Make a lump free batter and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladle full batter on it.

Add a tsp of oil and cook from both sides.

Draw your favourite emoji from tomato sauce.
