Ingredients

10 servings
  • -2 cup milk,
  • 1 1/2 cup malai,
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • as required some dry fruits cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    1- Take a bowl and pour the malia and beat them smoothly Only for 1min.

  2. 2

    2- Now add the milk and mix them and add sugar powder,dry fruits, cardamom. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    3 - Now get the mixture into the kulfi mould and freeze it for 12 hr Enjoy !
