Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 tbpSalt
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 1 tbspPeprika
  • tspOrange food colour quater
  • 1 tbspBlack and white pepper
  • 5Lemon squeezed
  • 4 tbspGarlic paste
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGram masala powder
  • Chinken chargha with deep cuts

Steps

2hour
  1. 1

    Merinate the chicken in all above ingredient for 12 hours

  2. 2

    Steam it for half hour in krahi at low to medium flame.

  3. 3

    Deep fry it at medium to high flame...6 mints from one side and 6 mints another.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle lemon chatmsala and some Coriander.

  5. 5
