Wash daal and soak for 15 min.

Cut lauki in small cubes.cut onion and tomato in to small pieces.

Aik Patili ma oil daale us ma onion daal ke light brown karle phir ginger garlic paste or tomato dal ke dhakna dhak kar 10 min pakaen.

Tomato na ram ho jai to us ma daal or lauki daal ke sab spices add karde or 5 min bhoonien.

Phir 2 cup water ya jitna water required ho utna daal De ke daal taayar ho jai.

Daal thick ho jai to us mein green chilli add kar De or Dal KO agar app ne patla Karna ha to Paani daal ke Thora patlakarle.

Mazdaar lauki daal taayar......

Serve with chapati and salad.
