Steps

Boil milk untill it will remain 1/3rd quantity (like rabdi).

Add elaichi powder and sugar mix well, cook untill sugar melts and milk will remain 1/4th quantity.

Now add lemon juice and continuously stir it so that it should not stick to the pan.

When the mixture will completely dry, add ghee mix it and take it in the plate. Garnish with chopped almonds and let it cool for 1 hour and serve.
