With the arrival of Monsoon, corns are easily available in the market. The rich yellow colour and aroma of Corn whether it's "bhuni hui or chaat'' appeals everyone to eat and enjoy the blessings. Since it's a no fire competition recipe, I tried to make it with sweet corn. ☺

Gather all things together

Deseed and finely chop tomato

Finely chop onion

Deseed and finely chop green chili

Finely chop green coriander

In a bowl add salt, Chaat Masala, Olive oil, lemon juice and mix.

Seasoning is ready

Add in sweet corn

Add in chopped tomato

Add in chopped onion

Add in chopped green chili

Add in green coriander and give it a good mix

Take out in serving cups, decorate and enjoy yummy corn chaat
