cooked zobo leaves (hibiscus) • the zobo juice or a juice of ur choice • lemon juice • honey • If using ur own juice no sugar or honey added • cornstarch
dried hibiscus flowers • and 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste) • water • ginger puree (or to taste) • of a small pineapple, roughly chopped • Fruit extracts (I used Mixed fruits, Strawberry and Pineapple) • and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice • small bunch mint leaves • + other spices of choice, to taste • salt

packed pitted Medjool dates • raw walnuts (can also use almonds) • maca powder (optional–adds a nice malty flavor) • raw cashews (quick-soak by covering the cashews with boiling hot water, soak uncovered for 30 minutes, then drain) • large lemon, juiced • coconut oil, melted • maple syrup • full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream • raspberries • hibiscus powder (optional–makes a brilliant pink color) • blueberries • blue butterfly pea flower powder (optional–makes a vibrant blue color) •
