Ingredients

30mins
3 or 4 servings
  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1/ 2cup jaggery
  3. 1/ 2 cup desiccated coconut (dry)
  4. 1/4 spoonelaichi powder
  5. as requiredLittle water
  6. as requiredDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the oats in a pan... in low flame for abt 3 to 4 mins

    Cool the oats and dry fruits and grind into powder

  3. 3

    In a non-stick pan add jaggery and little water 2 -3 spoons..

  4. 4

    Boil and add desicated coconut...and mix well

  5. 5

    Add little alechi powder and mix at last... then add the grinded powder into it and mix well..and add pinch of salt... later take the content into a plate by making small laddus... and roll on dry coconut powder and garnish with cashews on it....healthy oats laddu is ready to serve
