Oatmeal is diet grain and I added lots of vegetables with least of oil I prepared these yummy snacks for my family with little fun.
Steps

Mix all the vegetables in a mixture jar and grind them.

Take oatmeal flour and add all crushed vegetables. Add salt ane other above-mentioned ingredients. Add 1 tsp of oil and mix it well. Bind a dough and shape them in kababs.

Take oil in a flat pan and heat it. Put kababs and heat it in law flames. Add little more oil and fry until it became golden brown. Flip it and fry it another side too. Kababs are ready to eat.
