We will assemble all the ingredients so that it is easier while making the chutney. Now we'll take a pan, heat oil in it, put jeera and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

After that we will add onions and wait till they become translucent. Then we'll add all the masalas in it and mix them well. Now we will add tomatoes and sauté them for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Now we will remove the mixture in a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes. After the mixture is cooled we will grind it in a grinder.
