Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 CupFlour
  2. 1 CupBrown Sugar
  3. 1 CupButter
  4. 1 tspBaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  6. 1 PinchSalt
  7. 1 tspCornflour
  8. 2 tbspCoco powder
  9. 2 tbspthick Yougart
  10. 1 tspVanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    All things shoud b on room temperature before mixing

    In a bowl mix together butter and sugar 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Then add yoghurt and vanilla essense and mix well

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl add in flour,Cocopowder,baking soda, baking powder, Cornflour and salt mix these dry ingredients then sieve all these ingredients into butter mixture slowly.

    Keep mixing into soft dough then wrap it in clingflm put it in fridge for 20 minutes.

    Make little walnut size balls. Put these balls into baking tray bake these balls on 190C° for 12-14 minutes in preheated oven
