Ingredients

  1. 1medium eggplant sliced
  2. 10 piecesokra
  3. 2thumbs ginger sliced
  4. 1medium tomato wedged
  5. 5scallions sliced
  6. 1 1/2 cupspinach/alugbati
  7. 1 1/2 cupsquash cubed
  8. 1 cupmalunggay leaves
  9. 2long green pepper
  10. 2 slicesbaked fish fillet (optional)
  11. 2 cupswater
  12. 1-2 cupsstring beans
  13. 1 cuppatola
  14. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add the ginger and squash. Continue to boil for 8 minutes (covered).

  3. 3

    Stir-in the string beans, scallions, okra, and tomato. Let the liquid re-boil and then add the long green pepper and eggplant.

    Stir and add the fish. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add the payola and malunggay leaves. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add some salt to taste and spinach.

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
