  1. 5Bread slices
  2. 250 gmcurd
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 2 tbstamarind chutney
  5. 1/2 tbsroasted cumin powder
  6. 1/4 tbsred chilli powder
  7. Coriander
  8. Pomegranate seeds
  9. Black pepper powder(optional)

    Cut the corners of the bread slices

  2. 2

    Keep a bread slice on your palm and slightly wet it with milk from both the sides

  3. 3

    Keep a small amount of kishmish in the centre and bring back the ends and make a round.

  4. 4

    Arrange them on a serving plate Slightly press the round. Repeat the process with all the bread slices

  5. 5

    Pour the curd over the vadas. Pour the tamarind chutney on top. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder. Garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.
