6bread slices
1 spoonchopped ginger
2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
1 spoonkaju chopped
200 gmcurd
1 tspchat masala
2 tsptamarind sauce
1 tspnamkeen sev
To tastesalt
1 tsproasted cumin
1 tspchilli powder

Steps

Cut the edges of bread slices.

Dip in water,squeeze extra water fil coriander,ginger,kaju bind tightly.

Place in a serving plate spread curd

Sprinkle chutney,chat masala,salt,chilli powder,cumin.

Garnish with green coriander and namkeen sev.
