In a Nutri Ninja electric mains Blender - blend the frozen mixed Berries and Greek Yoghurt.Sieve through a flour sieve into your Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl,or a similar - very big bowl,if you have One - and then discard of the Berry Pips once you have finished,now use your other Nutri Ninja Cup too blend frozen banana pieces with your smooth sieved mixed Berry juice.Do keep a few Berries for a garnish.

Take the Baking Parchment off of your homemade - rested,meringue nest - Place it on a serving plate and then add your thick,chilled,unsweetened Smoothie too the inside of your meringue,or meringues (the thick Smoothie does not have too be made from frozen ingredients).Might not get thick enough,so serve alongside your Meringue.
