A yummy and a great thirst quencher often made in Summers due to the availability of Mangoes. This Seasonal fruit is a very good source of Vitamins and Minerals. For this particular drink, use of Green tart Mangoes are often used and advised for a perfect drink that makes for an excellent choice. I have used a little of roasted Cumin Seeds too in this peppy drink for an amazing flavour and aroma. And on top of it all, it's full of lovely health benefits. This one is not a concentrate. I have given here the recipe for the drink.

Boil Mangoes or Pressure cook them for 8-10 whistles using a glass of water. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid of the cooker.

Keeping a strainer below a bowl, squeeze the boiled Mangoes well. The skin will easily come out after boiling. Do not discard the water in the Pressure cooker. To this add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and done. Add cold water to it depending upon your choice.

For the above recipe, I have used almost 6-7 cups of cold water and lots of Ice-cubes too. And this was exactly what I expected and thus a perfect blend. Pour this thanda thanda drink into the serving glasses and enjoy.
