Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 cupsBoiled rice
  • 1/8 cupPeas boiled
  • 1/8 cupCarrots cubed
  • 1/8 cupCapsicum cubed
  • 1/2 cupCabbage sliced
  • 1/8 cupSpring onion
  • 1/2 tbspGarlic finely chopped
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot add garlic to it. Fry until fragrant

  2. 2

    Add eggs and cook until mushy.

  3. 3

    Add all the mentioned veggies and stir fry for a minute

  4. 4

    Now add the spices mentioned alongwith boiled rice

  5. 5

    Give a good mix and serve hot❤
